When you request a guide

When guide requests are enabled, we record your email address, request time, guide version, referral source and whether you chose to receive future updates. We use this information to handle your request and send a thank-you email containing the guide download link. Future resource and tuition emails require your separate, optional consent.

Storage and services

Guide requests are stored in a private Google Sheet using Google Apps Script. Our website hosting provider processes the request to run the site. These providers may process information outside your country. We do not sell your information or use advertising trackers on this site.

Your choices

You can request access, correction or deletion, or withdraw consent for updates, by emailing Tommy. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier processing. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

How long we keep it

Guide-only requests are reviewed and deleted within 12 months unless you become a tuition customer or ask to stay in touch. Information for optional updates is kept until you unsubscribe or after 24 months without engagement. Tuition enquiries are reviewed within 12 months. Necessary accounting records, if any, follow separate retention requirements.

Tuition enquiries

The lesson form stores your booking reference, name, contact email and phone, learning needs, preferred times, teaching language and contact agreement in a private Google Sheet. We use these to process your requested lesson, send the guide and arrange tuition. Payment and PDF receipt are checked manually; booking status is maintained privately. When you send the WhatsApp message, Tommy receives your name, contact email and phone, learning needs, availability and the work you choose to share. He uses them to review your work and contact you about a lesson. Your WhatsApp number and required contact agreement are used for payment acknowledgements and lesson arrangements, not optional marketing. WhatsApp (Meta) processes messages sent through its service. Send the question paper and your own completed answers together as one PDF on WhatsApp; remove unrelated personal details. Payment is handled separately by your bank or PayPal, which processes payment information under its own privacy notice. The form does not verify payment or book an appointment; Tommy checks actual receipt in the selected payment account before arranging the lesson.
